Dashboard Overview & Analytics

The Voice State Tracker dashboard gives server owners and moderators comprehensive, real-time insights into voice activity across their Discord community.

1. Login & Server Selection

1. Click “Login” at the top right of the landing page.
2. Sign in with your Discord account.
3. The dashboard automatically lists all servers where you have Manage Server or Owner permissions and where the bot is installed.
4. You can see the live active voice user count on each server card.
5. Click any server card to open its detailed voice analytics dashboard.

2. Key Metrics

The top row of your server dashboard highlights four primary indicators:

• Active in Voice: The exact number of members currently talking in voice channels right now.
• Total Voice Hours: Cumulative voice time logged by all members in the server.
• Top Channel: The voice channel with the highest cumulative activity.
• Top Talker (7d): The community member with the most voice time logged over the past 7 days.

3. Analytics Charts

• Usage Trend (Last 7 Days): Displays total daily voice duration to help you track community engagement trends over time.
• Peak Hours (24h): An hourly distribution chart highlighting when your voice channels are busiest, helping you schedule events and community activities.

4. User Summary

In the “Members” tab, you will find an aggregated breakdown for every active member:

• Profile picture and Discord username
• Total accumulated voice duration
• Complete voice session history for that specific member

5. Voice Activity Logs

The voice log table provides an audit-style log of all voice events:

• Join / Leave Timestamps: Exact start and exit times.
• Duration: Total time spent in the session.
• Status Indicators:
  • 🎤 Speaking / Self-Muted
  • 🎧 Self-Deafened
  • 🖥️ Screen Sharing / Streaming
• Channel Route: If a user hopped between multiple voice rooms, click the route popover to see their exact movement sequence.
